Cephus Morgan Obituary, Death; The Bedford County, Virginia community is mourning the heartbreaking loss of Bo Cephus Morgan, 39, who died in a devastating single-vehicle crash early Sunday morning.
According to the Virginia State Police, the crash occurred around 1:00 a.m. on April 12 along Rocky Ford Road near Dickerson Mill Road. Authorities reported that Morgan was driving a 2010 Ford F-250 southbound when, for reasons still under investigation, the vehicle left the roadway and struck a tree.
Emergency responders arrived quickly at the scene, but despite being properly restrained with a seatbelt, Bo Cephus Morgan sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
