SOUTHFIELD, Mich. – A 28-year-old Canton man died Friday afternoon in a tragic workplace accident involving heavy equipment at a commercial property in Southfield.
The victim has been identified as Adam Cinzori.
The Fatal Accident
According to authorities, the incident occurred Friday afternoon along West 12 Mile Road near Evergreen Road.
Cinzori was performing maintenance on a large front loader when he became trapped beneath the machinery. Emergency crews were dispatched to the scene shortly after 4:30 p.m., but he was pronounced dead due to the severity of his injuries.
Investigators said there are no signs of foul play and are treating the death as a tragic workplace accident.
