A family is navigating an unimaginable heartbreak after the tragic loss of their beloved daughter. Kali Grace Landwehr passed away on January 11 at just 21 years old.
An ‘Angelic’ Soul in Silent Battle
Her family remembers Kali as a gentle, loving young woman with a heart “bigger than this world,” whose smile and compassion touched everyone she knew. They shared that she had battled silently for years with severe body dysmorphia.
“Though she was breathtakingly beautiful inside and out, she struggled to see herself the way the rest of the world did,” her family stated in a heartfelt message. “We wish more than anything that she knew how deeply she was loved, how cherished she was, and how much she mattered.”
Family Seeks Support to Heal
Kali’s passing has left her parents and sister in overwhelming grief. “Our lives have been forever changed,” they wrote.
To help manage this devastating period, the family is humbly asking for community support. Funds raised will go toward funeral expenses, a celebration of life, and to allow Kali’s father, David, to take time away from work so the family can grieve together.
